Jennifer Floyd, President, has had a long and successful career in human resources serving in various senior leadership positions with top corporations including financial services, manufacturing and speciality distribution. She brings a unique business-oriented perspective to our HR consulting practice – experience and perspective which sets HR Experts On Demand apart.
Each HR Consultant has over 10 years of professional human resources experience, has earned and maintains a nationally recognized professional certifications and/or has a master’s degree. Certified HR Consultants complete at least 60 hours of continuing education every three years in order to keep current in the ever-changing field of HR.
Ongoing outsourced HR management is provided under our flexible HR Director On CallSM program. Consulting services are provided in the areas of strategy, employment law, recruiting and selection, employee relations and communications, performance and compensation management, and training and employee development. We also provide temporary staffing and recruiting for HR positions.
